Cancellation Policy
I require a credit card to hold each appointment. If you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 48 hours notice is required.
If the appointment is CANCELLED within 48 hours 25% of the service that was scheduled to be performed will be charged to the card on file.
If the appointment is CANCELLED within 24 hours 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed will be charged to the card on file.
NO-SHOWS are included under this policy and 100% of the service that was scheduled to be performed will be charged to the card on file. Appointments 15 minutes late and more will be considered a No-Show.
Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late with no communication for your scheduled reservation I will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.
